The US International Trade Commission (USITC) said on Tuesday that it determined to remain the existing antidumping duty on stainless steel bar from Brazil, India, Japan and Span.

The USITC found that the revoking of this antidumping case would likely lead to continuation or recurrent of material injury for the local industry within a foreseeable time.

This action comes under the five-year Sunset review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act
